Discover this recent hospitality project in London.
Wild Honey St James is the new restaurant from chef Anthony Demetre. In fact, the original Wild Honey enjoyed 12 successful years in Mayfair. So, the impressive corner site sees Anthony’s distinctive modern European menus showcased in a striking new dining room. The restaurant was designed by interior specialist Jim Hamilton.
Wild Honey St James has been designed into distinctive areas, including the Private Dining Room, and The Gallery with exclusive seating. Great for smaller groups of up to 20 for lunch or dinner.
The Grand ground floor, high-ceilinged space has had a major overhaul. Also, the Restaurant has a far more contemporary look – there is a smattering of modern art and the balcony has been sealed off with a striking hulk of weathered-looking metal. But, still retains the feel of a brasserie.
Moreover, the dining room décor that is being redesigned to reflect the new direction, featuring the modern mid-century dining and bar chairs, Louis.
Ottiu joined all its forces to create the Louis Mid-Century Dining and Bar Chair. So, they combined upholstery in cotton velvet and walnut wood legs. In fact, Louis Mid-Century Dining / Bar Chair will look perfect in your project décor. It will give it a strong touch of the Hollywood era.
Well, set in the London Heart, St James offers the finest seasonal British produce and contemporary French cooking. And, the restaurant is inside the Sofitel St James’s hotel.
