Nate Berkus is a well-known interior designer, author, and tv personality. He was born on September 17th, in 1971, California. And only a year after his graduation, He founded Nate Berkus Associates. So Nate Berkus not only began as a regularly featured guest on The Oprah Winfrey Show, offering design advice and make-overs. Furthermore, he hosted and directed The Nate Berkus Show and the film The Help.

Chicago High-rise not only focuses on the magnificent view but also in the family living there! So combining the antique French furniture with some modern vision, the pieces stand out in a clean, harmonious background.

2 – Tampa

This Tampa home was a collaboration with architect Rick Penza. It took almost 3 years to finish, Nate Berkus refers to Tampa’s Project as one of the greatest times for his firm. Vintage furniture, mid-century pottery, and accessories, and other artistic pieces like books and paintings full this elegant room with a textured floor with a refined atmosphere.

Nate Berkus says that working in Milan was one of the most different experiences, being the Parma’s furniture market one of his favorites places to go! This sophisticated room provided with vintage products from the market, in a harmonious palette of white and brown, creating a cozy environment. Some of the vintage elegant pieces contrast with the modern imposing ones with a contemporary silhouette.

4 – Manhattan Duplex

Fashion and Interior Design many times have crossed paths. In this project, Nate Berkus’ firm worked with Karlie Kloss in her first apartment. Bringing sophistication, the pieces are refined and remarkable, yet unpretentious. Nate and Kalie deliver good taste and expertise by contrasting geometric design with organic lines in a plain background.

5 – Noho Loft

Noho Loft has a special meaning since it’s the first project where Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent worked together, along with the stylist Rita Hazan. Aiming to ensure his mantra, this room is filled with pieces to reflect Rita’s Rock’n Roll essence. The room is filled with light that is provided with major glass windows and an elegant harmony with some details like bold accessories in leather or gold. This room is complemented with contrasting textures, like fabric, fur and leather, and organic and geometric lines. The walls deliver display the black and white contrast that Rita says she gravitates to.

This project in Atlanta takes the joyful essence of the family’s house into a vibrant atmosphere! The eclectic room follows some of Nate Berkus’ tips, like taking risks with an imposing table with a modern geometric design. “Add drama with paint” defines this room, where colors are used to match the bold, organic lamps with opulent silhouettes.

This Greenwich Village townhouse project was a magnificent collaboration with the architect Ahmad Sardar-Afkhami. Marble, iron, vintage furniture and rugs turn this room into an opulent, majestic atmosphere, where even the palette is a trace of sophistication. Nate Berkus knows how we feel when he says this was one of the projects that made him jealous of a client.

11- Union Square

Meeting offices don’t need to have the “formal look” to host meetings. So, This commercial office for a digital agency was another collaboration with architect Ahmad Sardar-Afkhami and the client. Nate Berkus takes the formality beyond, adding a strong, bold wooden look and textures.

Firstly, this living room offers not only a spacious area but also spacious pieces, like the big square table or even the stools. The white establishes a connection between the patterns and the colors used, bringing the comfort and warmth into this room.
